Hi NZ takes the 'Go hard, go early' stance with lockdowns and we have been at the top level, Level 4 for a few days, meaning we aren't allowed to operate. However, most of NZ has now gone to Level 3 which means we can operate but not send to Auckland which remains at Level 4 (I feel for the Aucklanders). It also means once Auckland goes to Level 3 I can get my Laser back as apparently its fixed and ready to be Couriered back to me! So unfortunately, still no personalisation on many items.
